Purisimo L. Tiam and Maria Nonette O. Tiam are the visionary founders behind PLT College, Inc. and the driving force behind the establishment of the PLTCI College of Medicine. Founded in 1988 with just 36 students, PLT College, Inc. has grown into a thriving institution with over 4,000 students across ten departments, including its College of Medicine. Their journey is rooted in purpose, resilience, and a deep commitment to both education and healthcare.
What began as a personal mission shaped by Engr. Tiam's experience with the shortcomings of the healthcare system evolved into a larger vision — to create an institution that not only educates but also serves humanity. This led to the establishment of the Luis A. Tiam Medical Center, a hospital built on compassion, dignity, and accessible care for all.
Together, they extended this mission into medical education by founding the College of Medicine, ensuring that future doctors are trained not just with knowledge and skill, but with empathy and strong clinical exposure. With Ma'am Nonette Tiam's unwavering support and dedication to community and student development, they have built a legacy where education and service go hand in hand — shaping generations of healthcare professionals committed to making a meaningful impact.

Mr. Kiruba Gnanaraj Diraviaraj
Founder, YourPLTCI
YourPLTCI was founded by Mr. Kiruba Gnanaraj Diraviaraj, who serves as a Member of the Managing Board at PLTCI College of Medicine and Head of the International Student Services Office. With extensive experience in international medical education and student welfare, he established YourPLTCI to create a transparent and reliable admission pathway for Indian students aspiring to pursue medicine abroad.
Under his leadership, YourPLTCI works in close coordination with the International Student Services Office of the college to ensure that Indian students receive continuous academic guidance, administrative support, and personal mentorship throughout their medical education journey.
His direct involvement allows students and families to have greater transparency, institutional access, and confidence in the admission process, while ensuring that international students are supported from admission through graduation.
